Responsibilities:

  • Work within an Agile team to design and develop 5G core nodes
  • Able to understand the specifications and implement the required functionalities
  • Write automated unit and integration tests that ensure product quality
  • Work with the documentation team to ensure features are correctly documented and can be used by customers
  • Demo the content developed in an iteration
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance and security issues

Skills Required:

  • C/C++, Socket Programming using TCP/IP and SCTP
  • 3GPP LTE/4G Packet Core nodes – SGW, PGW, MME, HSS, ePDG
  • Understanding of 3GPP 5G Core Network nodes – AMF, SMF, UPF, UDM, NRF, N3IWF
  • ASN.1 compiler
  • GTP-cV2, GTP-uV1, IKEv2/v1, IPSec, GRE, VxLAN, L2TP
  • Charging framework, QOS Enforcement, Packet Detection Rules with IP Filters

Academic Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / B.E/M.E./ M.Tech / MCA

Experience

  • Typically 4-10 years experience in the Telecommunications
