Job Description:

 
  • Qualify new dataplane components initially, leading to larger data plane projects on our UPFover time.
  • Integrate and verify the Icelake processor for our UPF. Leverage and run functional and performance regression tests.
  • Integrate and verify the Melanox ConnectX4 NIC for our Bare Metal UPF. Leverage and run functional and performance regression tests.
  • Integrate and verify the Melanox ConnectX6 NIC for our Bare Metal UPF. Leverage and run functional and performance regression tests.
  • Greatly improve UPF performance by offloading data plane processing to anIntel smart NIC.

Skills:

  • Understanding of data plane networking and drivers including VFs, DPDK, and VPP.
  • C++ programming experience
