Responsibilities and Skillset
- CCNP certification
- Strong knowledge of Routing and Switching technologies, IP networks etc.
- Knowledge of IP network configuration, IP addressing etc
- ISIS, Per service QoS, L3VPN, OAM, Backbone for multiple Apps
- Logically separate from MPLS, Internet routing table, Best path using BGP algorithms
- Experience in provisioning, configuring and supporting firewall customers.
- Experience on Fortinet.
- Familiar with cloud technologies, such as Azure and AWS.
- Establish and maintain a standard set of practices, processes and templates for managing
- Projects consistently and efficiently to reduce project related risk and costs
- Configuring, troubleshooting and providing service support in diagnosing, resolving and Repairing security infrastructure devices
- Preparing and maintaining documentation, policies and instructions, and recording and Detailing operational procedures and system logs
- Firewalls (Gi, O&M, Server etc.), CGNAT, CGF, DPI, SAEGW, SSL Box, SGW, PGW, Combo, SGi Firewall, Gi C-DNS, O&M Firewall, URL Filtering system
